SCENE AND SYNOPSIS :
Be careful if you want a date with someone, especially if the person you barely know. Nobody knows what you will face in the blind date like this. June Havens (Cameron Diaz) also never know if a date this time took him to an adventure he'll never forget for the rest of his life.

By accident, June met Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) as he was in the airport. This meeting continues during June and Roy are in the same plane. That actually June will go to Boston for attended her sister’s married’s celebrate. Unbeknownst to June, Roy was in fact a secret agent. June, but honestly not sure Roy Roy attractiveness make June as helpless.

Before June, realized what was happening, all of a sudden he's involved adventure Roy protecting the findings of a scientist who reportedly will be an alternative energy source that could change the world. If these alternative energy sources fall into the wrong hands then we can be sure the whole world will be made chaotic by this person.

Rarely one can combine action and comedy genres in one film and managed to create a spectacle that fit without having too 'pro' on one genre, and KNIGHT AND DAY this is one of them. This movie might not be a spectacle of the 'perfect' but from the formula offered, at least 105 minutes of this long duration does not seem so boring.

Chronology of the story is simple. Like most of the espionage genre films, KNIGHT AND DAY It also offers an almost perfect protagonist, a mission to save the world, and of course a little romance as a sweetener flavor. Actually a lot of gaps in the flow of the story offered by Patrick O'Neill script this but it looks like James Mangold, the director, was smart enough to figure June mengakalinya by making the unconscious to the scene can be switched without any trouble.

Indeed if you think about this movie is a series of scenes put together by a thin plot and the audience were invited to walk from one location to another. But of course these roads will not be attractive if the guide was not good at stringing words and in this business, chemistry between Tom Cruise and Cameron Diazlah are so key.
